Enjoy Wild Isles on the big screen

Join us in May for an inspiring tour celebrating the beauty of UK nature – and your chance to enjoy incredible Wild Isles highlights

31 January 2024

Last year’s Wild Isles, narrated by Sir David Attenborough, was a landmark series from the BBC showcasing the UK’s incredible wildlife and habitats.

Now you can enjoy highlights from the series on the big screen as the Wild Isles Live tour visits five venues around the UK.

Between 10-18 May, the tour will visit Basingstoke, Bristol, Edinburgh, Birmingham and London. You can find full details and buy tickets here.

Each evening’s event will be hosted by Wild Isles producer Alastair Fothergill, offering insights into how the groundbreaking show was made, and will include previously unseen footage.

There’ll also be a chance to put your questions to Alastair with a live Q&A.

With UK nature facing unprecedented threats, this is a unique opportunity to discuss the importance of conservation and also what action can be taken to protect our precious wildlife.

The Save Our Wild Isles campaign was jointly launched by WWF, the RSPB and the National Trust to inspire everyone to do their bit for UK nature, at work, at home, at school or in their local community.

The campaign also calls on our leaders to take urgent action to protect and restore our wild isles.
